The modern textile and clothing industry, as the traditional characteristic industry of Jiaxing, has also received extensive attention. For a long time, Zhejiang Jiaxing Federation of Trade Unions has deeply implemented the new era Jiaxing craftsman cultivation project and the "skilled Jiaxing · City of Craftsmen" action, accelerated the construction of a city wide skilled society, constantly expanded the total number of skilled talents, steadily improved their quality, and fully released their vitality, fully transforming the innovative power of the vast number of workers into the new quality productivity of the textile and clothing industry.
The textile and clothing industry is a traditional competitive industry and an important livelihood industry in Zhejiang, as well as a trillion industry in the "415X" advanced manufacturing cluster. As a traditional characteristic industry of Jiaxing, the Jiaxing Federation of Trade Unions, based on the actual development of local enterprises, created two "30 minute vocational skills service circles", created three innovative driving modes, built a "four joint" working mechanism, explored new paths and models for employees to innovate and empower new quality productivity, and further accelerated the upgrading of modern textile and clothing industries.
"Double circle" and expand the way of staff skill growth
In May of this year, the launching ceremony of the series of activities of "Jiaxing Craftsman Month" in 2024 was held in Jiaxing International Convention and Exhibition Center. Jiaxing announced the digital map of "30 minute vocational skills training circle" and "30 minute vocational experience circle", so that the cultivation of Jiaxing skilled talents "has a path to follow" and further deepens the soil for staff innovation.
In Jiaxing, a total of 16 vocational colleges (technical colleges), 123 vocational training institutions, 32 social evaluation institutions, 10 public training bases for highly skilled talents, 189 skilled master studios and town and village training positions and other training resources have been included in the "30 minute vocational skills training circle". Through digital maps, the specific information of training is clearly displayed, It is convenient for workers to choose nearby and train conveniently. There is also a "skill code" matching the training circle. Since this year, 112000 people have received skill training, 54000 new skilled talents and 26000 high skilled talents have been added.

"Three models" drive model workrooms into innovation highlands

Under the leadership of Zhang Lihua, since its establishment in 2012, the studio has innovatively created a ready to wear pattern library, parts library and creative workshops, and has developed more than 5000 new products every year.
"Based on the mode of 'model worker studio', supplemented by the two modes of 'combination of production, learning and research' and 'famous teachers leading apprentices', it highlights the leading role of leaders, and improves the influence of the studio by leading apprentices with teachers and points."
