Through the deep integration of 5G private network, industrial quality inspection platform, end training and AI algorithm, edge computing and application, the 7 × 24 continuous intelligent quality inspection of garment pieces and ready-made garments has become a reality.

"The control cabinet and unwinding system ensure that the cloth does not have wrinkles during transmission and passes through the visual recognition module area stably." At the same time, the 5G private network will upload the collected image data to the cloud at a high speed, and use high-performance servers to continuously train and optimize algorithms to further improve the efficiency of defective cloth identification. At present, the quality inspection qualification rate has risen from 95% to over 97%, and the labor cost has been reduced by at least 3 million yuan every year.
