North Jiangsu Textile Industry Is Taking Off. Hengfeng And Sai Deli Hit 6 Billion 500 Million.

At the meeting, 25 successful contracts were signed, of which 2 textile projects totaled 6 billion 500 million yuan, namely:

The 1 million spindle compact Siro spinning project with a total investment of 5 billion yuan signed by the economic development zone and Dezhou Hengfeng textile group.

A total investment of 1 billion 500 million yuan for cellulosic fiber production contracted by Yang Yang Tun Town and Singapore Golden Eagle Group.

Dezhou Hengfeng Textile Group:

Founded in September 2011, Dezhou Hengfeng group is headquartered in Hengfeng Industrial Park, Dezhou City, which covers an area of 1 million 70 thousand square meters. Recently, many large-scale textile projects have been moved to northern Jiangsu.

In the morning of October 12th, the total investment of six sets of central communities was RMB 500 million yuan, covering an area of 110 mu. The tenghong textile project invested by Zi Jie, Zong Tao and other businessmen started construction in Jiangsu. The project will be implemented in two phases. The first phase of the project will be completed before October 30, 2020, and the two phase of the project will be completed before October 30, 2021.

The project has 70 thousand square meters of new production workshops, warehouses, office living rooms and other ancillary facilities, of which the first phase of the construction area is 40 thousand square meters, and the two phase of the construction area is 30 thousand square meters.

The purchase of 2500 looms, 23 automatic production lines, such as full automatic adding, pulling, drying, printing, coating, calendering, finishing and so on, adopts the most advanced production technology in China to form an annual production capacity of 350 million square meters.

After the completion of the first phase, sales revenue of 700 million yuan, profits and taxes of 105 million yuan will be achieved, and 600 people will be employed.

Textile industry in North Jiangsu is rising

In recent years, Northern Jiangsu is actively creating a modern textile industrial park. Textile giants are commonly reported in the north of Jiangsu Province, and 45 of them are located in the high-end textile dyeing and finishing industries in Yancheng, which are formed in the textile industry of Kangping.

And this total investment of 5 billion yuan "textile giant", not only by the only domestic textile equipment as the core business of the central enterprises -- China Heng Tian Group Su Mei Group and Jiangsu Haixin jointly invest in new construction, and after the project is completed, enterprises will equip 600 loom machines, 30000 water jet looms and corresponding production capacity dyeing and finishing equipment, and become a modern textile enterprise with 180 thousand square meters polyester, spinning, weaving, weaving, dyeing, dyeing and chemical fiber industry vertical integration workshop, which can achieve annual sales of 45 billion yuan.

This project covers the whole industrial chain of polyester filament, spinning, adding, weaving, dyeing and finishing, and will further promote the construction of downstream industries such as home textiles, clothing and so on. The overall output value of the project is large, the industrial chain is complete, the added value is high, and the comprehensive competitive advantage is obvious. After the completion of the project, it will provide strong support for local social undertakings and economic development.

Many textile giants in North Jiangsu are not luck, but the embodiment of strength. Compared with the central and western regions, the geographical location of Northern Jiangsu is more excellent, which makes textile enterprises reduce logistics costs. Moreover, Northern Jiangsu has more convenient transportation and better supporting facilities, which is cheaper than the traditional textile towns such as Suzhou, Shaoxing and Haining.
