Promote the platform to express the right of Chinese fashion, build and promote ceremonial costumes that reflect the modern Chinese style.

China has become the largest producer and consumer of textiles and clothing in the world, but in terms of global fashion discourse, it is still in a relatively weak position compared with the western developed countries. The industry image has long been locked in the bottom of the "smile curve". Symbolic significance of the Chinese fashion symbol "masters, events and big names" in the mainstream fashion discourse system is absent. There are few brands and designers with international fame and influence. There is still a gap from the goal of establishing the Chinese national cultural self-confidence. The reason for this is that the platform level of China's fashion discourse power has yet to be improved, and the training of the consumer market is not enough.

Cultivate and support a group of outstanding brands and designers to the international fashion publishing platform, strengthen the terminal channel construction, enhance the global influence of Chinese brands and Chinese culture; focus on cultivating 3-5 local fashion brands and 5-10 design masters in the international first-line brand camps, and create a master design with international influence, highlighting the symbolic meaning of "Chinese fashion"; We should give relevant support to international expansion and publishing activities, attach importance to brand value evaluation, brand competitiveness evaluation and promotion activities, while enhancing the value and competitiveness of China's textile and clothing brands, and enhance our global discourse right in the field of brand value evaluation.
