In recent 2 years, the footwear associations have repeatedly called on the government to continue to take measures to prevent Chinese products from being cheap.

Since April 1993, China's footwear industry has been levying anti-dumping duties, and it has been changed to levy ratio since October 15, 2008.

Anti-dumping duty

The Mexico footwear industry was protected by the government for 19 years, but the industry did not seem to have made significant progress until December 12, 2011.

The reason for this case is that Mexico has lifted anti-dumping duties on 935 products in mainland China since October 15, 2008, including bicycles, bicycle inner tires, shoes and spare parts, etc.

In particular, the footwear industry and garment industry have repeatedly asked for a longer period of high tariffs. However, the Cesar Hernandez of the Ministry of foreign trade of the Ministry of economic affairs of Mexico has made it clear in the first half of December 2011 that it is impossible to extend the future. The only defense pipeline in the future is to ask the Ministry of economic affairs to investigate if Chinese products are dumping at a low price.
