General Manager Of White Collar Business

She graduated from South China University of Technology as an accounting major and was not in love with the bustling city. She only loved the cool mountain range of 500 meters above sea level. She was only 23 years old, but she invested nearly 3 million yuan, and opened up more than 1000 acres of tea fields in the mountains.

She is Li Yuting, general manager of Meizhou Xiao Mi Tea Industry Co., Ltd.

In January this year, she was awarded the honorary title of "advanced student of 2010 university students in Guangdong province".

Entrepreneurship

Recently, she was awarded the honorary title of "38 red flag" by the provincial women's Federation.

At first meeting Li Yuting, it is hard to link the thin woman with weak voice and the "tea girl" who touches and rolls on the mountain every day.

During the conversation, the girl's shyness was still visible.

In June 2008, Li Yuting, who had finished her college career, was bewildered: where to go, she had not thought about it.

It is a very accidental chance to grow tea on the mountain.

One day, she went back to her hometown, Changsha Town, Meijiang district. She came to Xiao Mi village, where she lived when she was a child.

Xiao Mi village is adjacent to Qing Liangshan, where villagers traditionally have tea traditions.

People in Xiao Mi village know that this is the "Fengshui treasure land" of a variety of tea. Many areas have an elevation of up to 500 meters, surrounded by clouds and clouds all year round, and the natural environment is superior, which is very suitable for the growth of tea plants.

However, because of the lack of technology and sales, villagers are always busy: the quality of tea is not high, the price is low, or even nobody cares.

"Why don't you go to the mountains and grow tea? Bring the tea planting technology into the small village, and grow and grow in the village.

tea industry

The tea produced by Xiao Mi village also has its own brand.

The idea of planting tea on the mountain just flashed from Li Yuting's mind.

When she got home, she discussed her thoughts with her family. Unexpectedly, she got the support of the whole family.

With his father's help, Li Yuting went to Dapu county and Fengshun county to visit the local tea production techniques and processes, and quickly grasped the basic situation of the tea market in Meizhou.

In August 2008, Li Yuting's plan for planting tea on the mountain was formally implemented.

In order to ensure the long-term development of tea gardens, she specially invited experts to carry out scientific planning for the whole village.

Everything is ready except for the east wind.

And this "Dongfeng" is the start of about 1000000 yuan.

capital

In order to realize her daughter's dream, Li Yuting's father mortgaged his house, car and shop, and bought several modern machines needed for mountain opening.

In October 2008, Li Yuting officially went up the mountain.

It is very difficult to open up the mountains. There is no road to be opened slowly. If there is no water, it will be slowly drawn.

So at 6 a.m. every morning, Li Yuting got up and went into the mountains with the workers. Breakfast, lunch, and even dinner were all settled in the mountains. He could go down the mountain at six or seven in the evening.

"At that time, I could not see the whole sun well, even my relatives could not see it, and advised me to protect my face."

Li Yuting recalled the original scene, a shy smile on his face.

Before and after the tree planting festival in 2009, Li Yuting's first more than 300 acres of tea plantations were all planted with tea seedlings.

In order to thrive, Li Yuting hired a well-known tea expert and senior agronomist Jiang Bao Bao as a technical consultant to conduct unified guidance and management of tea plantations and cooperative farmers. He also won the help of relevant departments such as the Meijiang Bureau of human resources and social security, general workers' Union and so on, and trained several kinds of tea skills for farmers.

The busy pace continues.

In order to have his own tea brand, Li Yuting registered Meizhou Xiao Mi Tea Industry Co., Ltd., using the operation mode of "company + base + farmer", extensively mobilized the surrounding masses to participate in the planting of tea, and on the basis of stabilizing the existing tea plantation growers, encouraged farmers with tea intention to expand their planting range.

In 2010, Li Yuting invested nearly 3 million yuan with his father's help, and the tea field scale also expanded to more than 1000 mu, and signed a cooperation agreement with more than 60 farmers around.

In the same year, she first tasted the taste of the harvest: more than 800 catties of tea was ordered, and even the tea shop owner looked for the goods.

Li Yuting was delighted with the first battle.

"Meizhou's tea market is very broad, so long as we have confidence and determination, we can break out of the world."

Li Yuting said that entrepreneurship is only a beginning now, and the road ahead is still long.

In her tea garden planning, the blueprint of a 10000 mu tea garden is portrayed as a green industrial base that integrates sightseeing, recreation and entertainment, and drives more farmers to get rid of poverty and become rich in the development of tea industry.
