The pass rate of children's meat products and children's shoes, diapers and children's toys was 100%, and the pass rate of children's clothing was only 48%.

The inspection involves the distribution enterprises of Xinjiang children's products production enterprises, supermarkets, supermarkets, wholesale markets, franchised stores and small stores.

Judging from the overall spot checks, the quality of products of large and medium-sized enterprises or famous brand enterprises is stable.

The quality of large shopping malls and product franchised stores in distribution enterprises is better.

Xinjiang sampled 117 batches of children's food, involving 99 production enterprises outside the region, and 86.3% of the sampling batches. Among them, 25 batches of meat products were sampled, and the passing rate was 100%; the 24 batches of drinks were sampled, the passing rate was 95.8%; the 24 batches of frozen drinks were sampled; the qualified rate was 79.1%; the 21 batches of expanded food were selected, the passing rate was 80.1%; the qualified rate of the fried foods was 79.1%.

The main problems found in food sampling were: excessive use of food additives, especially in fried and puffed foods. In the 9 batches of products, excessive use of bentonite (aluminum) was detected. There was a phenomenon of excessive use of cyclamate. In the drinks, frozen drinks and puffed foods, 5 batches of products used over 7.2% of the sample batches, accounting for 7.2% of the sample batches. The highest exceeding standard value was 2.35g/kg, which was 3.62 times the limit value; and the hygienic indexes of frozen drinks exceeded the standard.

Among the 2 batches, the total number of colonies exceeded the standard, and the coliform group of the 1 batches of products exceeded the standard, accounting for 12.5% of the sample batches of D.

The highest exceeding standard is 9 times the limit value.

It is revealed that some production and circulation enterprises are not strict in quality control of production process and environment, and low temperature cold chain control in product pportation and marketing is not in place, resulting in product contamination.

There are many problems in the quality of children's clothing in Xinjiang.

Spot checks of children's clothing 100 batches, involving 93 production enterprises outside the area, the spot check batches of qualified rate of 48%.

Among them, 33 batches of infant clothing were checked, the pass rate was 60.6%, and 67 batches of children's clothing were sampled, with a pass rate of 41.8%.

The qualified rates of shopping centers, stores, wholesale markets and supermarkets were 77.3%, 75%, 35.1% and 30.8% respectively.

The problems found in spot checks are as follows: first, the labeling value of raw material and fiber content is not consistent with the actual detection value.

It is mainly manifested in not marking according to the requirements, marking incomplete items, inaccurate marking of fiber components and contents, incorrect execution standards, non-standard washing methods, no factory names, factory sites, etc., resulting in consumers unable to obtain accurate product information when purchasing such children and infant clothing products.

The 20 batch of children's toys was inspected in Xinjiang, involving 19 production enterprises, focusing on the identification of children's toys, safety warning instructions, and the harmful elements such as arsenic, selenium, antimony, mercury, lead, cadmium, chromium and barium in toys, and the pass rate of batches was 100%.

Spot checks on 21 batches of children's leather shoes, involving 20 production enterprises, focusing on the peel strength, wear resistance and formaldehyde content of children's leather shoes are tested, the pass rate of batches is 100%.

Xinjiang Quality Supervision Bureau said that the enterprises with outstanding quality problems will promptly notify the provincial quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of the enterprises where they are located according to the relevant provisions of the state, and be handled by the geological supervision department in accordance with the law.

Children's food, children's clothing production and distribution enterprises, where quality problems are prominent, shall be ordered to stop production and sale of substandard products immediately, and the rectification work shall be completed within the prescribed time.

At the same time, we should comprehensively clean up the unqualified products, and recall all the unqualified products that have been sold and sold, and report the situation to the quality supervision department in writing.

For children's clothing that does not conform to the safety standards of products, enterprises are allowed to sell after rectification.
