In terms of payment, Zara Chinese online store supports Alipay, domestic bank cards, JCB, Visa and Mastercard, but does not support tax exemption applications (only for offline stores).


Zara said that users can choose two delivery methods: delivery to home or delivery to nearby Zara stores for self pickup. If you choose to deliver the goods to your home, you will be charged 10 yuan for each order. At present, if you reach 299 yuan, there is no delivery fee. The delivery time will depend on the user's city. At present, the goods can be delivered within 2 to 3 working days in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and eastern coastal provinces and cities, while the goods may be delivered within 7 days at the latest in western regions such as Xinjiang and Tibet. If the user chooses to deliver the goods to the store for self collection, Zara will notify the user of the arrival of the goods by SMS and have 15 days to collect the goods.


In addition, Zara online stores also have the same return and replacement rules as physical stores. Within one month of the start of sales, you can choose to pick up the goods at home or return them to Zara stores for free. Zara has hired a professional logistics company to take charge of the nationwide delivery.


Another surprise for users is that Zara displayed the mobile application to be released in the online store, and users can scan the label of the application in their offline store to check whether the same product is available online.


It is reported that Zara is famous for its quick response to fashion and efficient circulation, and is regarded as the originator of fast brands by the domestic fashion brand and retail industry. The financial report shows that the net sales of Inditex Group, the parent company of Zara, increased by 10% year-on-year in 2011 to 13.79 billion euros, of which Zara accounted for 64.8%.
