Four Trends To See The Application And Prospect Of Intelligent Equipment In Cotton Textile Industry

Recently, the 2019 China Cotton Textile Conference and the fifth annual enlargement meeting of the Fifth China Cotton Textile Industry Association were held in Wuhan. At the meeting, Wang Ke, deputy general manager of Jingwei intelligent textile machinery Co., Ltd., entitled "the application and Prospect of intelligent equipment in the cotton textile industry", analyzed the development prospects of intelligent equipment in the cotton textile industry and the future intelligent equipment in the cotton textile industry from several aspects, such as the development trend of intelligent manufacturing, the innovation and development of intelligent spinning solution, the application case analysis of Yu Da Hua project and the future development prospect.

Wang Ke analyzed the development trend of intelligent manufacturing from four aspects.

First, an increasing number of manufacturing enterprises, through application software, microelectronics, Internet, Internet of things and other information technology, enhance the degree of enterprise intelligence, create high-end products and equipment, occupy the commanding heights of the industry, and intelligence is becoming a key element in the manufacturing industry.

Second, under the global market environment of homogenization competition and oversupply, it is the general trend for enterprises to shift from production manufacturing to service manufacturing, and the transformation of industrial mode to "customized scale production" and "service oriented production" is obvious.

Third, sustainable development has become an important theme in the coordination of manufacturing industry with nature and society. Innovative, efficient, energy saving, environmental protection and recyclable new manufacturing processes and equipment are in line with low-carbon and environmental protection and recycling requirements for sustainable economic and social development.

Fourth, manufacturing big data and platforms will become an important support for high value-added services. Big data will effectively support enterprise manufacturing process optimization and management decision making, promote enterprise's accurate supply of market, user and resource sharing among enterprises, so as to create intelligent enterprises and create significant incremental value for consumers, users and enterprises themselves.
