GB 12014-2019 Standard Update Of Protective Clothing Antistatic Clothing

According to the seventeenth announcement of the National Standardization Management Committee in 2019, GB 12014-2019 "protective clothing antistatic clothing" will be implemented in July 1, 2020. The range is suitable for anti-static clothing that may be worn by electrostatic triggering electric shock, fire and explosion hazard. It is not suitable for non-woven fabric antistatic clothing and anti power voltage with antistatic clothing.

The main technical changes in the old and new versions: GB 12014-2019 "protective clothing antistatic clothing" will replace the two standards of GB 12014-2009 "protective clothing antistatic clothing" and GB/T 23464-2009 "protective clothing anti-static wool knitted apparel". With GB 12014-2009 as the main part, the content of GB/T 23464-2-19 is integrated. Compared with GB 12014-2009, the main technical changes except editing changes are as follows:

The main contents of GB/T 23464-2009 "protective clothing anti-static wool knitted apparel" were introduced. The requirements of fabric tear strength, decomposition of carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes and peculiar smell were increased; the classification of antistatic clothing was abolished; the details and requirements of charged charge and point to point resistance of antistatic clothing were defined; and the use instructions of anti-static clothing were modified and supplemented. Technical requirements: it is divided into two aspects: fabric technical requirements and clothing technical requirements. Among them, the technical requirements of fabrics include appearance quality, physical and chemical properties of woven fabrics, and physical and chemical properties of knitted fabrics. The physical performance evaluation items of woven fabrics include:

Formaldehyde content, pH value, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye, odor, size change rate, air permeability, color fastness to washing, dry rubbing fastness, light fastness, sweat fastness, breaking strength, tear strength, point to point resistance.

The physical performance evaluation items of knitted fabrics include:

Formaldehyde content, pH value, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye, odor, relaxation size change rate, color fastness to washing, dry rubbing fastness, light fastness, sweat stain fastness, bursting strength, pilling. Clothing technical requirements include:

Fabric requirements, structure and style, size and specifications, symmetry parts size difference and neckline size, sewing, accessories, size change rate, clothing antistatic performance.
