The Vietnamese Government Has Issued A List Of Imported Goods Not Allowed To Be Stored In The Bonded Area Since November 15, 2020

The Vietnamese government issued decision No. 27 / 2020 / QD tTG on the list of imported goods not allowed to be stored in the bonded area.

Article 3 of decision 27 / 2020 / qd-ttg stipulates that the above list includes cigarettes with tariff code No. 24.02.20 and alcoholic products of 22.08.30.00. These include: goods that have not yet signed a sales contract with Vietnamese enterprises; goods to be transferred to a third country; goods imported by Vietnamese enterprises from abroad and being imported into the domestic market of Vietnam; or goods to be exported to a third country.

Decision No. 27 / 2020 / QD tTG takes effect on November 15, 2020.

The General Administration of Customs of Vietnam instructs all customs to implement the above provisions. If there is any problem in the process of implementation, it can be reported in real time and put forward the solution.
